Bruce joined First Amherst Development Group LLC in 2009 as the Director of Property Operations. He brought with him over thirty years of property management experience.
As Director of Property Operations, Bruce is responsible for the day to day care and maintenance of all facilities, contract services, operational budgeting and risk management.
Prior to joining First Amherst Bruce worked for sixteen years as Director of Property Management Operations for one of the largest privately held commercial developers in the Eastern United States. His responsibilities encompassed the Northeastern United States territory consisting of 242 properties comprised of office complexes, strip malls, retail centers, and industrial spaces. His experience includes Tenant relations, commercial landscape and building development, capital and operational budget development and implementation. Bruce was responsible for an approximate $13M annual budget. Additionally, Bruce’s property management career includes managing properties for a local supermarket chain where he coordinated all office and field operations pertaining to Property Management for 146 locations in New York State.
From landscape to snow plowing, security alarm systems to painting; Bruce is dedicated to keeping properties beautiful, safe and running efficiently.
Bruce is an active member in the Buffalo Chapter of Infragard. Bruce is a native of Western New York and currently makes his home in the Southtowns with his family. |
